at the September board meeting with no changes to the fees.
$30 per acre with $100 Clerical Fee
The District bills in the rears (same schedule as property taxes).
First half or full payment is due by December 20th
If paying by half payment, 2nd half is due by June 20th.

If assessments are delinquent, per Idaho Code, Penalty & Interest will be applied.
Effective 10/7/2025 Administrative Fees raised to $10.00 per month on all delinquent accounts.

"What happens if I don't pay the assessment?"
Irrigation District assessments are like property taxes in that a primary tax lien can be placed against the property for nonpayment. Assessments become a lien upon the property which may be enforced by the issuance of a tax deed for nonpayment in the same manner that real property taxes are assessed and collected, or by foreclosure of the lien by the District in the same manner that mortgage defaults are enforced. If left unpaid, the lien may be enforced by foreclosure and loss of property.
